  ¡¤Expand production facilities to double current capacity.

¡¤Invest in next generation valve technology with significant market potential including SORL¡¯s newly developed clutch servo will come into mass production in 2006 and pipeline of new products: electronic air brake valves, automatic slack adjusters, loading sense proportion valves & new type of foot brake valve.

¡¤Expand successful international expansion by actively seeking strategic partnerships with int¡¯l distributors and anufacturers, e.g. recently started selling to our first int¡¯l OEM, TATA in India.

¡¤Implement brand strategy with focus on technological innovation.

¡¤Create long-term growth opportunities through strategic alliances and acquisitions with other automotive parts manufacturers in China and/or automotive parts distributors or repair factories with established sales networks outside of China.

¡¤Focus on quality and cost control through e.g. reduction in spoilage and improvements in manufacturing techniques.
